It has been eight years since Log Max acquired Caterpillars cut-to-length division in Söderhamn and Eco Log was formed. Looking back at those years you have to marvel over how much Eco Log has developed, not just the products but the company itself.

Today we have a large Market and Aftermarket organization with our own technicians and external Service providers all over the Northern hemisphere to make sure that we are always close to where our customers are and can provide them with first-class support.

The number of Eco Log machines working in the forest is rapidly increasing worldwide. The interest in our machines is at an all-time high.

With over 100 employees all necessary functions are collected under the same roof. The machines that leave our factory daily have all been developed by our own staff here in Söderhamn, from the first drawing to the final product. This is something that we are extremely proud of!

Today we announce that Eco Log, before the end of the year, will become an independent company with Stig Linderholm remaining as the majority owner. There will be no noticeable difference for you, our customers and partners, as Eco Log machines in the future also will leave our factory with Log Max heads and we will continue to operate with focus on growing, both in Söderhamn and on the Global market!
